this company is terrible. I contacted Dylan and he increased my shipping price, he literally delayed the shipping of my order for more than a month. he changed the boxes of my order without my authorization and charged me $300 u dollars extra for 24 medium size boxes. when I complained, his manager did not care, he didn’t even replied. But what’s worst is that this person mentioned of his intention of not shipping my items if I did not pay the extra charge. in summary, they are dishonest. just stay away of this company, there are many fees, they will increase you shipping cost with excuses and even traten you with keeping your merchandise. even my supplier was charging me less this company will take much more of your money and time. it’s just not worth it!
